Complete the order/quotation form with your print requirements and contact details.

Confirmation of price / specifications
Best Branding will respond to you within 24 hours to confirm your order or provide a quotation.

Artwork emailed / designed
Customer needs to emails completed artwork or provide details (logo's wording etc) for our designers to draw up artwork.     

Approve final proofs
Proofs are emailed to customer. Customer has the opportunity to make revisions. Final proofs are approved by customer.    

Payment
An invoice will be emailed to the client for a full payment.

Printing / Production
Once artwork is finalised and payment has been received the print job production commences.  Delivery / turnaround of products range from 2 working days to 10 working days, depending on the type of itms ordered.

Exact turnaround time and special requests can be confirmed on order.    

Delivery
Certain goods are dispatched FREE of charge.  Client will be informed of delivery charges before the confirmation of an order.

Best Branding uses various delivery services depending on exact location and/or size of parcel. These are our general delivery guidelines:

Major Centres
(Jhb and Surrounds, Pta, Cape Town, Durban, East London, PE, George, Bloemfontein etc)
Small Orders
Couriered to door 24-48 Hours
Large orders (usually over 10kg)
Couriered to door 48-72Hours

Small Towns or Outlying Areas
This method may vary greatly depending on specific geographical area and size of order. Usually one of the following methods is used:
Couriered to door 48-72 Hours
Counter to Counter 2-5 Days
